Cut an avocado in half, remove the pit and peel it. Turn one of the halves to slice off a piece of it, so it can stand on its own on a plate.
STEP 2
Slice a cucumber into ribbons using a vegetable slicer. Cut the salmon into pieces.
STEP 3
Layer the ingredients on your lower avocado bun: salmon, spinach, cucumbers. Repeat once or twice. Cover with another half of avocado and decorate the upper bun with sesame seeds. Voila!

If you want you can add some slices of red onions and olives or capers.
