Instructions
Cut the mushrooms and fry them in butter. Add some onions if you wish.
Cut the beef tongue and cucumbers. Strips or cubes – as you prefer. Grate eggs on a coarse grater.
Mix all the ingredients and season with homemade mayonnaise.
