Ingredients

  • 350-400 g beef tongue (precooked and cooled)
  • 2 egg (hard-boiled)
  • 150-200 g mayonnaise
  • 150 g pickled cucumbers
  • 350-450 g mushrooms
  • butter
  • salt, pepper, spices (to taste)

Instructions

  • Cut the mushrooms and fry them in butter. Add some onions if you wish.
  • Cut the beef tongue and cucumbers. Strips or cubes – as you prefer. Grate eggs on a coarse grater.
  • Mix all the ingredients and season with homemade mayonnaise.
