Ingredients

  • 200 g zucchini
  • 100 g minced chicken (not very fatty, we'll add fat later)
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Grate zucchini thickly, and mix with an egg and minced meat. Add salt and pepper. Also, you can chop and add a bunch of dill, or a clove of garlic.
  • Fry in any “keto-legal” oil, but the tastiest is bacon fat. You can also serve pancakes with it. As well as homemade cream, or sour cream.
