zucchini

minced chicken
(not very fatty, we'll add fat later)

Instructions
Grate zucchini thickly, and mix with an egg and minced meat. Add salt and pepper. Also, you can chop and add a bunch of dill, or a clove of garlic.
Fry in any “keto-legal” oil, but the tastiest is bacon fat. You can also serve pancakes with it. As well as homemade cream, or sour cream.
