Ingredients
1lchicken broth
2egg
120glemon(1 fruit)
greens(for serving)
Instructions
Put the chicken broth on a boil and start whisking the eggs in the pan.
When the broth is already warm, carefully pour in the eggs and start stirring. If you bring it almost to a boil, the egg will go in threads. If it’s up to 60-70oC/140-158oF, it will just become cloudy gently, for me it’s preferable.
Add lemon juice, generously. Serve with chopped greens and a circle of lemon with skin for flavor.
