Instructions
Eggs should be brought to room temperature before. Break them into a dish and lightly beat them with a fork.
Put a frying pan on a middle heat and fry the bacon for 3 minutes from each side (I usually use fat pieces of pork flank. Then put the fried bacon on a paper napkin to get rid of excess fat.
Add some butter into leftover fat on a frying pan, pour the eggs and reduce the heat to minimal. Stir them with a silicone spatula.
Salt the eggs just before they're done and put them on a plate with bacon - you can just leave it next to the eggs or cut it into tiny pieces and put them on the eggs.
Notes
Your scrambled eggs will get a refined tender taste if you add some extra yolks.
