Protein is an important component of the keto diet. And the most underrated. Protein is the main building material – with its deficiency, our bodies cannot build new cells. So please take care about eating enough high-protein meals. And start it right in the morning. An airy egg white omelette with chicken and broccoli is a real protein bomb. If you do not need to reduce weight, feel free to add cheese and butter to it!
